Driving Directions
Take Exit 65 for M-59 (Hall Road). Head east on Hall Road for approximately 3 miles. Turn right (south) onto Mound Road. Continue for 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Stanley Dr. Our facility is on the right side.
Head west on M-59 toward Mound Road. Turn left (south) onto Mound Road. Continue for 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Stanley Dr. Look for our sign on the right.
Head west on 15 Mile Road (or M-59) toward Mound Road. Turn south on Mound Road and continue to Stanley Dr. Turn left — we're a short distance in on the right side.
Parking is available on-site. Large trucks and trailers can access our loading dock from the rear of the building. Please email ahead if you're arriving with a full-size semi for dock scheduling.

The only totes we cannot accept are those that contained hazardous waste requiring special disposal permits. Contact us with details about your totes (quantity, previous contents, approximate condition) and we'll provide a quote within 24 hours.
How much do reconditioned IBC totes cost?
Pricing varies based on grade, quantity, and any special requirements. Our used totes start around $75 for basic Grade C containers, while fully reconditioned Grade A food-grade totes typically range from $120-$180 depending on specifications. Volume discounts are available for orders of 20+ units, with significant additional savings at 50+ and 100+ quantities. Contact us for a detailed quote — we're always competitive on pricing.
Do you offer delivery, or is pickup only?
We offer both! Customers are welcome to pick up containers at our Sterling Heights facility during business hours. We also provide delivery service throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Ontario using our own fleet and freight partners. Delivery costs depend on distance and quantity — for local Detroit metro orders, delivery is often very reasonable. We handle all loading, securing, and transport logistics so you don't have to.

Can you provide food-grade certified totes?
Yes. Our reconditioned Grade A totes undergo a rigorous multi-stage cleaning and sanitization process that meets FDA requirements for food-contact containers. Each food-grade tote comes with documentation including a certificate of cleanliness, cleaning process records, and new gaskets/valves. These containers are suitable for storing and transporting edible liquids like syrups, juices, oils, and water. We understand food safety compliance and provide the paperwork your auditors need.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. We're happy to sell a single tote to a homeowner for a rain collection project, or supply a fleet of 500 to a large manufacturer.
